About the Business
Petherick, Urquhart & Hunt is a Somerset-based studio of landscape architects, designers and horticulturalists. We are particularly adept at the development and creation of uplifting, future-orientated landscapes. We work on public, private and commercial projects all over the UK, Europe and the world. Adam Hunt is a landscape designer with extensive experience in delivering large private, public and commercial projects in the practice.
He is a specialist in using sacred harmony and geometry in his designs. He has created many Islamic garden spaces throughout the world. His training in botany provides a sensitive and knowledgeable approach to natural habitats and wild flora. He was an early pioneer in Trees for London and the creation of Farmers Markets in the south west, from where he shaped successful local and sustainable food networks.
