Back garden and side return landscape - add drainage - x4 tree removal

Already have a good idea of plan. Currently approx 9m(w)x11m(l) slightly sloping garden. Clay soil and slope changes causing flooding in some areas, would like some form of drainage management to direct water away from house to bottom perimeter of garden. x4 fir trees (approx 4m) removed (inc. roots). Steps at patio doors (3-4) need to be removed and replaced with decked steps. Step at back door to be removed and replaced (1-2). Rest of garden split into 2 levels: top level - patio stone possibly with raised planting at borders (may require additional step at one side of garden). Lower level - patio stone and lawn with some raised planting at borders, also approx 2x2m flat area (for a shed), poss built in bench/seating area too. Side return - patio stone and decorative chips.
